At PinaTaylotta Petals, we pride ourselves on the highest quality flowers and unique goods. Every flower passes through our designers hands, carefully inspected before delivery. If we have made an error in the handling process and you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of any items received, please contact PinaTaylotta Petals within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic images of all unsatisfactory products via email. At our discretion, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product. We may require a return of the product before any refund is issued. We hope to always maintain positive relationships and will work to make it the best experience for you!
